All packages are shipped within Germany, Including VAT!

Shipping Cost

For orders from Germany below to a total price of €29.00, we charge a shipping fee of €6.99.

Delivery Time

When you have finished your order. You will be informed of the cost and delivery time when your order is complete. We guarantee delivery as fast as possible.

The shipment is made by us using a standard service provider such as DHL, UPS, etc.

For urgent orders please call or send an email before placing your order to check stock and arrange delivery.  

To get delivery outside of Germany please drop us a line from our Contact Us page with a list of the items you would like, and the delivery address to which you require goods to go.  We will advise on delivery cost. Once an order is confirmed, we raise an invoice for you to pay via a bank transfer. Dispatch of goods takes place upon receipt of cleared funds.  Delivery will be on Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place) All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Confirmation

When you place an order on JIAWEI WORLD, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know when it’s been shipped and is headed on its way to you.

If you have ordered several items and the total weight is over 30kg, the order will automatically be divided into smaller packages of 30kg in weight. In that case, the packages will be given individual tracking IDs. The packages will leave at the same time, and they will arrive at the same time.

How To Change Shipping Address?

If you placed your order with the wrong address, please contact us to help you to change it as soon as possible. Please kindly note that you can only change the address within 24 hours of placing the order.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. 

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

We also want to make it clear to our customers that all our packages are paid for in advance in terms of tax and VAT and that everything takes place within Germany. Should it happen that any of our customers are unfortunately invoiced tax or VAT, we at Jiawei World will fully cover these costs. The only thing you need to do is attach the invoice and send it to service@jiaweiworld.com and we will take care of the matter.
