Refund policy
Returns & Exchange
1.1 Goods must be returned to our distribution center no later than 14 days after you receive the goods.
1.2 The original invoice must accompany the goods for the refund to be processed.
1.3 No online exchanges.
1.4 Refunds are made to the credit card, Klarna account, or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
1.5 Returned goods must be in their original condition and must not have been used for the refund to be approved. All notes and labels must remain on the item.
1.6 If you have sent an order and want to exchange one or more items, change something in the order, or cancel the order, you need to contact us within 24 hours. If you order custom merchandise, you cannot receive a full refund for more than 24 consecutive hours.
1.7 If the delivery was free, we will charge 15% of the order price on the return due to our costs.
Custom Items
2.1 As customized products (i.e., personalized gift wraps and office supplies), we will not be able to resell. Therefore, these items are not included in our normal return policy.
Please ensure that all the typography of printing logos or pictures on your items is correct before submitting them on our website.

Notes:
3.1 If the products are damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection to file a claim with our shipper. And please send the image to us at service@jiaweiworld.com for our review.
3.2 Please use the Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive a return parcel for returning through other carriers, the buyer needs to undertake the loss.
